USABILITY TESTING

The new Usability Testing lab is a wonderful new asset to our website developing program. With it, we are able to test how successful a website is by specifying a number of tasks, such as “Find the donations page on this website”, and having people come in and try to follow the tasks. After all the data is gathered, we analyze anything from number of mouse clicks per task to average time per task, even average success rate per task. Once the analysis is finished, we present the client with a report of what works on their website, what does not, and what can be done to improve the website. This program gives the client an educated idea of how well his/her website does when it is live on the internet.
